These Terms of Service govern your use of Just For You, a home arts and crafts business specialising in personalised gifts, and this website at justforyou.org.uk. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
About these terms
- •Things can change as the shop grows, so we may update these Terms from time to time. We won't always send a notice when we do — checking back occasionally is on you.
- •Product photos, prices, and availability can change at any time without notice.
- •Just For You is an independent, home-run craft business.
Orders & payment
- •All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
- •An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; you'll receive a confirmation by email.
- •Prices are shown in GBP.
Personalised & made-to-order items
- •Many items are handmade or personalised to order, so please double-check names, dates, and spelling before ordering — we make items exactly as requested.
- •Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they can't always be changed or refunded once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Delivery
- •We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe, but handmade items may take longer during busy periods.
- •We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers once an item has been dispatched.
Liability
- •We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but handmade items may vary slightly from photos.
- •We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products, to the extent permitted by law.
